When you visit my website, use my services, or purchase my products, you agree that you are over the age of 18 and willing to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you have any questions, please contact me prior to any booking or purchase. I am very open and understand that we don’t always know what we don’t know, so I am happy to assist you to get what you are wanting.

All products and services advertised on this website are offered in compliance with Australian Consumer Law, are made with love and are provided to assist you in being the best version of yourself.

I may change these Terms & Conditions from time to time and updates will appear here on my website, so please check back regularly to ensure you are aware of any changes.

The content comes from reputable sources, my personal research, and my ongoing learning as I stay up to date with the latest facts and research in my field. Regarding my energy healing, the information I provide is meant to increase your awareness and help you gain the most benefit from this therapy. I am open to your feedback as my aim is always to provide accurate and informative information that is beneficial.

The terms and conditions in this document apply to all of my services and products unless alternative terms are explicitly provided to you.

Naturopathic consultations

My aim in my naturopathic consultations is to support you in working towards your best health outcomes. This includes caring for your mental, physical, and spiritual wellbeing. We will begin with an initial consultation, which will take around an hour. During this time, I will gather important information about you, including your current signs and symptoms and medical history. Together, we will focus on any health concerns that you have, and empower you to take charge of your health. My role is to guide you towards becoming the healthiest version of yourself. We will then have follow-up consultations as necessary, which will take about 30 minutes, to create an ongoing treatment plan. This will provide you with guidance on your journey to alleviating any acute or chronic issues that you experience.

During our consultations, I will follow the six principles of Naturopathic Medicine, which are as follows:

Reiki Energy Healing Sessions

I offer Reiki Energy Healing sessions with the intention of rebalancing any emotions or chakras that may need to be readjusted or realigned. Reiki works on physical, mental, and spiritual levels, making each consultation unique. My goal is to help you align with your higher purpose and give you the opportunity to listen to yourself, enabling you to achieve all your goals - even those you may not be consciously aware of yet. Reiki is widely known to help with discovering your purpose and clearing any negative energy that may be hindering your progress on your journey.

Who am I and why should you choose me to work with me?

I have completed my BHS in Naturopathy through Torrens University and am trained in Reiki 1 and 2. My life's calling has been to help others heal, and I believe I have always had the ability to heal myself. Initially, I didn't recognize this as a gift as it was something I did naturally. Working with others to reach their full potential brings me great joy.

During naturopathic consultations, I believe it is my responsibility to actively listen to my patients and focus on their priorities. I enjoy developing a therapeutic partnership where we both work together while I teach and treat you. My duty is not to overwhelm you with information or products but to work with you to find practical solutions that are within your means, including your financial and informational needs. I am committed to staying up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in the treatment of my patients.

My consultations are held in a safe, secure, and spiritually protected space. Only beings that protect and cause no harm are allowed in this space. I promise to deliver what I have promised with integrity, within the scope of my practice, qualifications and professional responsibilities.

To get the most out of working with me, you will need to be open-minded and willing to try new things. Though not all therapies are for everyone, trying them will help you determine what you want and don't want. Life is about continual learning and growth, so let's learn and grow together.

Naturopathy uses many modes of treatment, including herbal tonics & tinctures, teas, homeopathics, flower essences, iridology, diet and lifestyle. Reiki is a modality that originated in Japan in the 1900s and works on energy. If you feel uncomfortable with these practices, this work may not be for you. However, I'm happy to chat initially to determine if we align before you book. Please ask me if you would like to have a 10 minute complementary discovery call to see if we suit each other.

What I Expect from You

It is your responsibility to provide me with all relevant information, so that I can perform my role effectively. It is crucial that the information you provide is both true and accurate, as this allows me to tailor your treatment plan to your specific needs. Withholding information can compromise your treatment plan, so you will need to provide me with your complete history and a list of all medications you are taking, so I can thoroughly investigate any contraindications between my prescriptions and your current medications.

It is also important that you keep your medical practitioner informed of our relationship. By updating your healthcare team, we can provide a more meaningful and collaborative approach that prioritizes your health. I find that working in a collaborative manner across various modalities provides the best outcome.

Important Information

During my naturopathic consultations, I may challenge your current diet and lifestyle choices to promote your health and wellbeing. If you're unwilling to make any changes, please consider whether I am the right practitioner for you.

Energy healing sessions using Reiki can be emotionally intense, as the Reiki energy rebalances unbalanced emotions. Though you may feel uncomfortable, please know that you're in a safe space that has been energetically cleared. Energetic healing may trigger past traumas or incidents, and emotionally heightened responses. These triggers or emotions indicate that you're working through these blockages.

Before working with me for naturopathy, you'll be asked to complete an initial intake form to provide some preliminary information before our first meeting. This will allow me more time to gather relevant information and ask further questions in the consultation itself. Any information gathered is confidential and won't be shared without your consent unless the release of information is required by law or public interest considerations.. Please be upfront to get the most out of our sessions and don't share treatment plans or prescriptions with others as each person is an individual and what I suggest for your treatment may not align to someone else’s needs.

Similarly, any information gathered during Reiki sessions is confidential and won't be shared. It's important that you don't attend any sessions while under the influence of drugs or alcohol, as your mindful presence is crucial to gain the most from each session.

Any treatment carries unique risks, even traditional medicine, and alternative therapies are not exempt. However, I will always investigate possible interactions with allopathic medications to prioritize your safety. I source all products from reputable suppliers and use only the highest-quality herbs, flower essences, teas, homoeopathics and nutraceuticals. Be aware that, despite my best efforts, you may have allergies to these products that you're not even aware of. If you experience any side effects, please contact me om 0466744657 and stop taking your prescription. If you have serious concerns, please go to the hospital or go to your GP.

You remain responsible for your physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing at all times. I don't diagnose or treat any disease or illness, but I work with you to uncover the root cause of your signs and symptoms. If you're working with another practitioner, please inform them and me to ensure collaborative care for your optimal health. They will need to be aware of any suggested diet or lifestyle changes that you are considering. Please don't stop taking medications without medical advice. If I feel your needs go beyond the scope of my services, I'll refer you to another practitioner, but support you throughout the transition.

If any concerns arise during our work together, please seek advice from an appropriately qualified professional. My work isn't a substitute for medical advice, therapy, or counselling. If you need more support, please let me know.

Indemnity

I do not make any guarantees about the accuracy of any material displayed on this website, or the products or , services, offered through it, except for any non-excludable consumer guarantees and other consumer protection provisions set out in the Australian Consumer Law. I am human and errors creep in despite the best of intentions. If you see something that doesn’t seem right, please let me know and I will amend it promptly.

While I make all reasonable efforts to ensure that this website and my services and products meet with the highest standards of best practice, if something does go wrong that is not a direct result of my negligence, misrepresentation or deliberate fault, you agree that, to the fullest extent permitted by law, I will not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of or related to my website, any products or services purchased through it, or any material posted on it, irrespective of whether such damages were foreseeable, and regardless of the nature of the claim.

You take full responsibility for your implementation of any suggestions that I may make while providing my services. You understand that my advice is limited to providing you with options for your consideration, and that you are solely responsible for any actions that you choose to take. You expressly agree that if this indemnity is unenforceable for any reason, my total cumulative liability for all causes of action of any kind shall not exceed the amount that you have paid to me.

Payment Terms

All prices on my website are in Australian dollars and are subject to GST if applicable, which will be added at checkout for Australian clients.

All payments made through this website are processed using a trusted third party payment provider. I do not have access to your account details. Any financial information you enter is stored under the payment provider’s security policy. I also accept direct deposit.

Payment is due at least 24 hours before the start date of the consultation for Naturopathic and Reiki consultations, and within 3 days (72 hours) of purchase for products.

I do not offer payment plans.

If an invoice is more than 30 days overdue, you agree to pay all costs, including debt collection agency fees and solicitor’s costs, that I may incur in taking steps to recover any money that you owe to me, regardless of whether legal proceedings are issued in relation to the debt.

Refund Policy

I do not offer a refund if you change your mind or cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, so you are encouraged to consider carefully whether a booking is right for you before you make your payment.

If you have purchased a product from me that you are not happy with as it is faulty, please contact me via my website, social media or email and I will refund you the amount paid for the product plus postage.

I take my obligations under Australian Consumer Law seriously and will do my best to address any issues that arise. However, even if there is a major problem, my liability is strictly limited to:

replacing the goods or providing the services again; or
if I am unable to do so within a reasonable time, refunding the full amount that you have paid to me.

I want my customers to be happy and satisfied with their purchase. If you feel that there is any problem with my services or products, please let me know within 72 hours of the end of the session. I am keen to understand what has gone wrong if you are unhappy so that I can address your concerns and try to find a mutually acceptable solution. I truly love what I do, so if you are unhappy or unsatisfied please contact me so we can chat. I really want to provide great services and products and my aim is to continually improve to help as many people as possible, so your feedback is important to me.

Delivery of services

My sessions for Reiki are delivered face to face in my clinic (check my website for locations). Any notations after the Reiki session will be delivered via email and if I suggest flower essences these will be ready within 15 minutes at the end of the Reiki session or available for pickup from my clinic.

Naturopathic consultations will be delivered by either face to face at my clinic or online. Any nutraceuticals that are suggested will be available for you to purchase via Vital.y or another platform and herbal tonics, teas, flower essences or homeopathics will be available for pickup from my clinic within 3 days (business days) after the consultation. If I suggest a herbal tonic, homeopathic, tea or herbal essence formulae, but am unable to make it myself, I will provide a prescription and suggested suppliers where the herbal tonic or flower essences can be purchased from.

Anything that needs to be shipped, will be sent within 5 working days of the consultation and the cost of postage will be charged accordingly.

Appointment Policies

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice (during business hours, Monday to Friday) if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me to help someone else in the time that has been reserved for you. Appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled without 24 hours’ notice will incur 100% cancellation fee of the cost of the service. I do apologise but there are many people in need of my help and I could have booked in someone else if I had sufficient notice. I understand that this may seem harsh but preparation time is required before a consultation and I conduct research to ensure I am providing you with the best advice for your needs.

I am a reasonable person and understand that we are all human & stuff happens, so if you are prevented from attending a consultation due to emergency circumstances beyond your control, please contact me to discuss the situation.

If I am unable to attend our scheduled appointment due to an emergency, I will contact you as soon as possible and will organise to reschedule as my first priority.

For online appointments, please ensure that you are in a private and quiet area, as you will need to focus. Keep in mind that some of my questions may be a little personal in nature - a cafe or restaurant may not be the appropriate environment to answer questions about toilet habits!

Keep all communication kind and polite, please. We are all going through a journey, so it is not nice to be rude or make derogatory comments. Be nice and kind and remember that you don’t know what is going on behind someone’s closed door.

Disrespectful or aggressive behaviour towards me, my team or anybody else will not be tolerated. We should always be respectful of others, and any unwanted and rude comments will be deleted and you will not be blocked from communicating with me.

If a dispute arises, everyone involved agrees that they will not engage in any public discussion about the issues, will behave politely towards each other, and will avoid any conduct or communication which might reasonably be expected to interfere with each other’s business or personal interests.

Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

If you have any concerns, issues, or complaints arising out of your use of this website, my products or services, or these terms and conditions, you agree to chat to me personally before talking to others with the intention of making a genuine effort to seek a win/win solution and trying to resolve the dispute in good faith through negotiation and discussion. For all other disputes, if we are unable to find a mutually acceptable solution within a reasonable time, we agree to pursue mediation and alternative methods of dispute resolution, with litigation being a last resort.

These Website Terms & Conditions are subject to the governing law of New South Wales. Regardless of where you live in the world, you irrevocably agree that if the dispute resolution processes fail, the courts of NSW, and the Commonwealth of Australia, will have exclusive jurisdiction.
