Appointment Policies

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice (during business hours, Monday to Friday) if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me to help someone else in the time that has been reserved for you. Appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled without 24 hours’ notice will incur 100% cancellation fee of the cost of the service. I do apologise but there are many people in need of my help and I could have booked in someone else if I had sufficient notice. I understand that this may seem harsh but preparation time is required before a consultation and I conduct research to ensure I am providing you with the best advice for your needs. 

I am a reasonable person and understand that we are all human & stuff happens, so if you are prevented from attending a consultation due to emergency circumstances beyond your control, please contact me to discuss the situation. 

If I am unable to attend our scheduled appointment due to an emergency, I will contact you as soon as possible and will organise to reschedule as my first priority. 

For online appointments, please ensure that you are in a private and quiet area, as you will need to focus. Keep in mind that some of my questions may be a little personal in nature - a cafe or restaurant may not be the appropriate environment to answer questions about toilet habits!
